[mapguide-internals] PHP 5.5 is end of life

Hi All,

Today I found out that PHP 5.5 has reached end of life.

I'll be investigating if upgrading to PHP 5.6 is a trouble-free experience
(in terms of the SWIG-generated PHP extension we produce).
