[mapguide-internals] Patch for ticket 2767 (Missing JSON format conversion for certain mapagent operations)

Hi All,

Attached is a patch for ticket 2767 to add missing JSON format conversion
support for a certain set of mapagent operations. HTML forms for the
affected operations have also been updated with the FORMAT select dropdown.
