[mapguide-internals] Printable XYZ Tile Sets

Hi All,

I would suggest that we allow mapguide maps to be printed with users' XYZ
tile sets.

Firstly, it was displayed/rendered the way quicker than Base Layer Group
(raster).

Secondly, we will have to have disclaimer about not using Google/Bing/other
companies that will be illegal to use or printed with third party
applications.

I am thinking this will benefit to those users who are using services
provided by ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, MapBox, and others using/uploading their
own aerial/ortho as their XYZ tile services. Of course, I am the user who is
using MapBox to XYZ tile our aerial images, and you may see on our
desktop/mobile friendly  web GIS

It will be even better, if we allow the user to decide which XYZ tiles are
printable using MapGuide Maestro.

I hope it's possible and doable.
