[mapguide-internals] MapGuide Open Source 4.0 Preview 3 available

Hi Jackie,
should we update the Preview 3 Notes that the Preview in Maestro 6m10 does
not support MGOS4 Preview 3?

My guess it is not getting the correct map or session id because it is
forming the URL fine (i.e. OPERATION=GETDYNAMICMAPOVERLAYIMAGE).
