#25: ECW and Mr Sid not printing from DWF Viewer

 1. Create a map with a vector layer and raster layer (either ECW or SID).
 2. Open the map in AJAX viewer and print it. The result is showing vectors
 and raster as expected.
 3. Open the map in DWF Viewer and print it. The result is showing vectors
 only.

 Note that Tiff prints fine from DWF Viewer.
