 With 1.2 beta, the xml generated for a new layer is invalid once a feature
 source has been assigned. The SETRESOURCE operation fails and the layer is
 not updated so it's not possible to add a feature source for a new layer.

 Webstudio's XML factory code must be updated to accommodate the 1.1.0
 layer schema.
