 1. Open the Sheboygan sample data using AJAX viewer.

 2. Click on the zoom out toolbar button (-).

 3. Click a few times on the left side of the map
    => on each the map zooms out, but incorrectly shifts towards the right

 4. Click on the zoom in (+) portion of the slider
    => the map zoomsin, but continues shiting incorrectly towards the right

 This is a regression.
