Comment:

 - initialize dataConnPoolSize to 1
 - initialize dataConnPoolSizeCustom to ""
 - remove validation of dataConnPoolSizeCustom <= 0 as it's a string
 - fix the 'swapping' of values between dataConnPoolSize and
 dataConnPoolSizeCustom
