#371: Clicking on a point feature does not select it unless you click close to
the insertion point

 1) Create a point layer
 2) Create a map based on the point layer, and make the layer's features
 selectable
 3) Try to select a point feature

 You need to click within 2 pixels of the center of the point in order to
 select it, even if it uses a large symbol.
