 When using the digitizing functions on MGOS 1.1.0, Safari jumps upward 2
 /12 " on a 1040 x 768 screen. Firefox also jumps somewhat.

 This issue is similiar to Ticket #5 (Bug in Firefox). However, one
 proposed solution there, making the element display "none", causes the map
 to disappear completely. I did not try the other solution, which involved
 tinkering with the internals of the mapframe javascript.
