 What error messages or behavior are you getting? Is there anything in the
 error log? Operating system? Is the server process running? ...

 How many times have you tried to log into the Admin page?  Sometimes the
 server does not respond to the first few attempts at login because it is
 starting up the server processes so you may want to try a couple of times.
