 Currently the mouse cursor is always a pointer regardless of the map
 action executing on the map viewer. [[BR]][[BR]]

 This can cause potential confusion for the user as a "pointer" mouse
 cursor conveys to the user that the viewer is currently in selection mode.

 The AJAX viewer should change the mouse cursor depending on the map
 action:

 - map loading : hourglass[[BR]]

 - selection : pointer[[BR]]

 - panning : hand[[BR]]

 - zoom in/rectangle : magnifying glass (positive)[[BR]]

 - zoom out : magnifying glass (negative)[[BR]]
