 - install webtier on Window machine.
 in \www\mapadmin directory, the file is Constants.php started an uppercase
 "C".

 - install web tier on Linux machine.
 in /www/mapadmin directory, the file is constants.php started with a
 lowercase "c".

 This cause problem for some of the php files in the schemareport directory
 to run on Linux because they have include file statement to
 "Constants.php".
