 With 1.2.0 RC2, the FDO provider names in server\bin\FDO\providers.xml has
 changed in some cases.  But, these new names were not changed in
 server\bin\serverconfig.ini for the DataConnectionPoolExcludedProviders on
 line 264.  It should now read:

 DataConnectionPoolExcludedProviders= OSGeo.SDF.3.2,OSGeo.SHP.3.2

 instead of

 DataConnectionPoolExcludedProviders= OSGeo.SDF,OSGeo.SHP
