 The LDF schema spells the Hillshade tag with a small s, while the
 !MdfModel and Parser use capital S.  This means that any DEM layer written
 by the parser will fail to validate.  Since Map 2007 and 2008 already save
 !GridLayerDefinitions using the parser we need to update the schema to
 match the parser.

 The schema also defines a Scale element on !GridSurfaceStylizationType,
 but the parser saves it as !ScaleFactor.  Once again the schema needs to
 be fixed.
