 During the Linux build of trunk (2.0) on Ubuntu, "make install" for
 mapguide is creating /usr/local/mapguideopensource/lib as a zero byte
 executable file, and then the Oem install file copy process complains
 about it not being a directory.

 Creating the directory prior to running "make install" allows me to bypass
 this error and complete the install successfully.
