 When you load up the maroon or limegold templates, passing in the
 ApplicationDefinition resource url, all the toolbar icons are missing.

 When you load up the maroon or limegold templates, without passing the
 ApplicationDefinition resource url (ie. using the
 ApplicationDefinition.xml in that folder) the icons appear without
 problems.

 Some kind of pathing issue perhaps?
