 This change is part of the new functionality described in RFC31.
 Specifically, this is the code which supports the display of formatted
 text.  It is comprised of the initial implementation of an MText parser as
 well as changes to enable the RS_FontEngine to recognize formatted text
 and invoke the parser accordingly.
