 The server has a support for calculated properties, but there are a few
 changes which must be done to enable calculated properties.
  - Fixed the reader MgServerSelectFeatures to support calculated
 properties.
  - Fixed Describe schema to include the calculated properties from the
 extension.
  - Fixed a defect on FeatureSource-1.0.0.xsd to support calculated
 properties without having joins.
