Comment:

 The server has a support for calculated properties, but there are a few
 changes which must be done to enable calculated properties.

     * Fixed the reader MgServerSelectFeatures? to support calculated
 properties.
     * Fixed Describe schema to include the calculated properties from the
 extension.
     * Fixed a defect on FeatureSource?-1.0.0.xsd to support calculated
 properties without having joins.
