#525: Incorrect error message when logging in to MapAdmin when server is not

 If the MapGuide server is not running and you try to login using the
 MapAdmin you get the following error even if your credentials are valid:

 "Authentication failed.  Please enter a valid username and password.";

 The error message returned should be what the actual failure was. In this
 case it really is a MgConnectionFailedException.
