 Hi Jason,
 Is this still a problem for you?  I am not able to reproduce this.  But I
 have seen this if the Server hasn't been started.  Are there previous
 version of MG running at the same time?  In the Site Admin, Manage Servers
 page, click on Configure.  What does it report for server version?
