 Note that ticket 125 referenced above is not a MapGuide ticket, it is an
 OSGeo ticket.  Also, note that the way we do the online docs, i.e.
 unversioned, also makes referencing them wrong, because they will go out
 of date as new versions get posted.  If there is a (potentially non-OSGeo)
 place where we could put them (all versions) and they would be
 "guaranteed" to be stay around, that would be preferable.  Trying to put
 them on our OSGeo site is not working out.
