 The MgResourceIdentifier::ParseIdentifier() and
 MgResourceIdentifier::ParsePathname() are not written in a platform
 independent style. This was discovered when debugging on x64. As a
 resulte, the MgResourceIdentifier constructor which calls these methods is
 returning a garbage MgResourceIdentifier on x64.
