#680: Error saving Fusion layout..

 I get an error in both Studio and Maestro on this one....I'm trying to
 save an InvokeURL widget with the following parameter (one of many):

         <AdditionalParameter>
           <Key>Additional</Key>
           <Value>ChemTable=[General
 Chemistry]&ChemField=[Alkalinity]</Value>
         </AdditionalParameter>

 Maestro gives an error...The error is because of the "&" sign. If I take
 that out, all works fine (except, of course, my widget!). Is there some
 other way that I should be entering this, or is this a bug as a result of
 the way Fusion is handling something?
