 Using MGOS 2.0.0RC2

 When opening the Aqua FlexibleLayout in a web browser (from the site
 repository), choosing any menu option under the "View" menu will not open
 the expected floating window.

 If you open the same template using the ApplicationDefinition.xml on disk.
 It opens the floating windows without problems.
