 Additional fixes submitted to 2.0 stream under
 http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/changeset/3008
 http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/changeset/3008
 Search with Int64, Single and DateTime identity properties is working, but
 selecting from these search results is still now working.  Problem is
 possibly at FDO level.
