selection highlight is rendered in AJAX viewer

 1) Open a layer with a fair number of polygons
 2) Preview the layer
 3) Select most of the polygons at the initial view with a rectangle
 4) Before the selection is rendered click refresh to redraw the layer
 5) Check the server error log for an unclassified exception

 Shebyogan parcels should work from the samples.
