 A map containing a single layer that transforms the LL84 data to a local
 coordinate system that should cover the data bounds. However when
 previewed using the fusion viewer a stylization unclassified exception
 occurs on the server possibly putting the server in a bad state.

 Testing indicates it's a problem with the composite line styles that
 causes the exception.
