 The code in SE_StyleVisitor::!ProcessPointUsage (and !ProcessLineUsage &
 !ProcessAreaUsage) is not checking if the symbol has expressions set on
 its scaleX or scaleY properties.  If there are expressions on either of
 these properties then the symbol is not cacheable.
