#646: Point feature labels are not displayed when an "Advanced placement" labeled
polyline layer is present in the map

 1. Create a point layer and specify a feature label.
  2. Create a polyline layer and specify a feature label as "Advanced
 placement".
  3. Make a copy of the polyline layer and set the feature label to
 "Multiline".
  4. Put all 3 layers in a new map and set the draw order, ensuring that
 the point layer is at the top of the Draw Order list.
  5. Preview the map.

 RESULT: None of the point layer's feature labels is displayed

  6. Turn off the "Advanced placement" polyline layer.

 RESULT: Now the point labels are displayed.
