 Since it's Autodesk.SqlServer provider (MGE), I need to wait for Autodesk
 to issue a patch/hotfix to include 2.0.1 (I don't know whether MGOS 2.0.1
 includes that specific FDO core Close/Dispose fix too?). Anyway, I
 elevated the issue with MGE 2009 patch (MGOS 2.0.1) via ADN channel,
 hopingly Autodesk will respond before MGE 2010 gets released :-)
