 Open a runtime Map object using the API (I was using .NET)[[BR]]
 Create an MgLayerGroup - do not add it to the MgMap object[[BR]]
 Create an MGLayer pointing to an existing library layer[[BR]]
 Set the layer to be in the newly created group[[BR]]
 Add the layer to the mgMap object[[BR]]
 save the MgMap[[BR]]
 Server and Web tier should crash on save.[[BR]]
