Comment:

 I am running into the same issue on Windows 2003 server. I have seen
 issues before where changing the php save path fixes. In this case the
 MapGuideApi is not shown in a phpinfo() page which is strange. So
 ultimately the php admin will fail casue it can't use the mapguide api to
 login. What is the fix for this issue?
