 The code (new stylization) which positions labels along a polyline has
 some typos:
  * the formula computing the initial offset doesn't account for the
 symbol's extent
  * the repeat value used when iterating is incorrect: it's only set to the
 label separation, and instead needs to be set to the label separation plus
 the symbol's width
