 The FDO location still needs to be specified.

 Replace -I../../../../Oem/FDO/inc in Server/src/Common/Cache/Makefile with

   -I$(map_fdo_include)

 That should get you past the error building the server from svn.  I am
 working on an update to mapguideaptinstaller-2.0.tar.gz, so it should be
 available soon.
