 Hi Ronnie,

 The permissions are correct, the problem is the "mgserver.sh" file which
 references the same configuration file? Works fine it just runs in the
 foreground.

 The "mgserverd.sh" for some reason maybe the binary has the wrong paths or
 something and is not referencing the file properly when in daemon mode?
 because it says it can't find the file?

 I ran a diff between the "mgserver.sh" and "mgserverd.sh" and the only
 difference is the switch?
