 This also happened to me in version 1.2.0, run as an application.
 Usually this happened when the server is stopped and restarted, as if
 stopping did not complete successfully. Sometimes I've had to kill the
 server, because it refused to stop, and in those times it refused to start
 again, crashing with the message reported here.
 After a minute it usually start again regularly.
