 When the MapGuide server throws an exception, the .Net exception only
 contains the header values, eg. "559 MgInvalidXmlException". The response
 stream contains further information in the HTML body, that can be used to
 further troubleshot the issue. This information should be extracted and a
 new exception with the relevant content should be thrown.
