 Perhaps it is Sarrisa.js, can you try updating that to 0.9.9.4 and see if
 that resolves the problem?  The file is in the viewerfiles directory of
 the web server extensions.

 Also, can you try running Fiddler on the client and see which HTTP request
 is crashing Apache?
