 1) Load the sheboygan sample package
 (http://download.osgeo.org/mapguide/releases/2.0.0/samples/Sheboygan.mgp)

 2) Open the Flexible layout

 3) Zoom until some parcels show up

 4) Select a parcel

 The selection color is black.  It should be blue, the same as what it was
 in previous versions.

 It looks as if this is for all browsers and all of our different layouts
 (Slate, Maroon, etc.)
