 Been trying to investigate this more.
 We are using the java api and so tomcat is in the picture for us.
 When trying to check the connections to the port 2811 the majority of
 these connections are from tomcat.
 I have reduced the session timeout in tomcat to 1 minute and still see the
 same problem.
