 Currently, the mapadmin web interface identifies as 1.2, all of the DLLs
 identify as 1.0.0.1, and the server identifies as 7.0.0.0 (lol).

 I believe that the attached patch and r3793 for the mapadmin bring all
 resources up to advertising as version 2.1.0.0.

 We will need to create a script that does this automatically as part of
 the build process.
