Comment:

 Fixed with r4436.

 I changed the way the initial resources are created.
 Basically they are now created as temporary resources, before being
 displayed.
 This means that the xml now has to be valid enough to be stored in
 MapGuide.

 As a side-note, it is now possible to edit the FeatureSource template to
 always select a certain provider (or create another template with a pre-
 selected provider).

 I also took this oportunity to change the default colors on the layer from
 the previous black ones into something a little more colorful.
