 Multiples hits at the same instance trigger !MgResourceNotFoundException.
 To recreate (Apache only):
  * Download the samples file in :
 http://download.osgeo.org/mapguide/releases/2.0.0/samples/Sheboygan.mgp>
 and install in !MapGuide
  * Download Java and the JMeter
  * Create a JMeter script which loads a map and executes consecutive pans
  * Ramp up 40 simultaneous users over a period of 10 seconds

 The !MapGuide server will throw numerous errors including
 !MgDbXmlException, !MgDbException, !MgResourceNotFoundException, and
 !MgResourceDataNotFoundException
