 The pre-tiling engine proposed by websoft dev
 ([http://www.websoftdev.com/services_spatial_download.cfm]) is not
 supported by MGOS 2.x and upper. They never answer about the compliance of
 this tool which can be considered as deprecated.[[BR]]

 It won't be too difficult to integrate a new function in mapagent, or
 maybe to open source the code of websoft dev and put the bin in the
 mapguide server bin directory.
