 Jackie,

 The current installer include files for the bin directory included a
 section that configured the serverconfig.ini file.  I'm guessing that when
 you regenerated the file include this got blown away?

 Could you please make sure that your patch duplicates this functionality?
 It would likely to be best to pull this out into a separate area so that
 this doesn't get walked on every time the include files are regenned.
