 Hi tom,
 I have made all the fixes you requested, plus others.
 I took a more global approach, so i have overridden all cursors
   Measure
   SelectPolygon
   SelectRadius
   DigitizePoint
   DigitizeLine
   DigitizeLineString
   DigitizeCircle
   DigitizeRectangle
   DigitizePolygon

 All these cursors a bigger than the initial versions
