 To recreate:

  * Create a new folder in Maestro

  * Drag it to the 'void' to the left of the folder hierarchy

  * A MapGuide NLL exception occurs

 Whilst this is usually minor, repetition (and overwriting an 'invisible'
 folder) can cause the MG server to fail on restart due to invalid XML in
 the repository.
