 I noticed three bugs in the stylization code while doing some additional
 testing involving path labels containing arabic characters:

  1. The overline formatting option is not implemented in
 RS_FontEngine::!DrawPathText.
  2. Overlines for block text draw incorrectly with GDRenderer.
  3. Ghosted path text is being drawn incorrectly - the ghosted text for
 later characters in the path label can draw on top of the primary text for
 earlier characters.
